On this show #25, Gilda Salomone joins Marc Montgomery as we look back at some of the stories this week...

This includes a look at the sometimes angry debate in parliament over the Cdn govt decision to acquire US built F-35 fighter jets...and whether that will go ahead after all

Also we hear about a couple of court cases pitting industries against workers and their unions over the issue of random drug and alchohol testing..

Meanwhile, another bitter labour dispute also in the courts and likely to escalate as it resonates throughout the Canadian public. It iinvolves a Chinese owned mining operation and their decision to bring in workers from China claiming that no Canadians know how to mine coal the way they want.

We also look at the anniversary of Esperanto..the hoped for world language,

and we hear about a booming franchise business with a very catchy look,
