Ukraine's public debt shrinks by 0.45% in February.
Ukraine's combined public (direct) and guaranteed debt shrank by 0.45%, or USD
267.5 million, in February 2012, to USD 59.211 billion, compared with January
2012 (USD 59.479 billion), reads a statement posted on the website of the
