Government wants independent audit with participation of IMF, EU.
Yulia Tymoshenko's Cabinet, resigned yesterday by the Parliament, but continuing
to fulfill duties until a new government is appointed, took a decision to
approach the IMF and the EU requesting to assist in conducting an international

First Deputy Premier to act as Prime Minister until new government is formed.
In accordance with Article 115 of the Constitution, duties of the Prime Minister

State committee advises Ukrtelefilm to shoot more positive films.
Ukrtelefilm needs to revise the subject-matter plan of films for 2010, because
now "the plots are 90-percent tragic, " Mykola Zhulynskyi, chair of the National
Council for Culture and Spirituality, told a board meeting of the State

Anti-constitutional rules for new parliamentary coalition creation.
Arseniy Yatseniuk, leader of the Front for Change political party, says that the
move of the Party of Regions, Communist Party and the Volodymyr Lytvyn Bloc,
which voted in the first reading amendments to the Law on Verkhovna Rada
Regulations, to add to the law the provision that a parliamentary coalition may
consists of not only factions but also individual deputies on Thursday,

The discharge of the government will not influence the schedule of Naftogaz of
