Ukraine considers optionss to get loans to pay for gas pumping into underground
gas storages both from Russia and EU.
This was aired by Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.According to her, Ukraine
needs loans to provide for gas pumping into underground gas storages. The
credits will be paid back when consumers start to pay for consumed gas during
autumn-winterperiod.
