compromise to unblock parliament's work.

Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister believes there will be no sharp rise in
prices for natural gas for Ukraine in 2009.
According to Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan, Ukraine has
currently reached preliminary agreements with Russia on this issue.He said that
a period of three or four years would be an optimal date for a gradual switch to
